Based at the mountain farm Ingulfsvann Vestre in Trøndelag, Norway.
I spent 15 years helping others build and develop businesses. At some point I realized I wanted to build something myself.
Today I build four companies alongside other great people – and invest time and capital in founders and ideas through the investor community Aurora Thesis.
I hold a Master’s degree in Innovation and Entrepreneurship and a Master’s in Knowledge Management. I serve as Chair of the Board at several external companies.
But what drives me isn’t the titles.
It’s the people who dare to create something new – and the pressure they have to handle to get there.

I serve on several boards and am passionate about opening the door for more people into the board world.
Through Innoteft, we offer a podcast series to learn more about board work and I offer 1:1 mentoring in board work.
Investing and mentoring
Together with my family, I invest time and capital in companies we believe in – through the investor community Aurora Thesis.
We are five people with different backgrounds who invest both capital and competence.
I also work as a mentor – one on one with leaders and founders who want to build the inner capacity to create what they actually want.
